First signs of spring!

After we drove back home from the store (three days ago) I got out and looked on the ground and saw these plants peaking through the ground and old leaves and I gasped LOUDLY.
It kind of freaked my family out and they were pleading, "What, what what is wrong!"
"Oh, it's just that the plants are coming up and it's the first signs of spring!"
"Is that it."

I know,  I'm a dork.
