Last Evening.

Davis and I walked just a little 

on the street in front of our house

(he walked earlier up and down the street).

The sky was breathtaking

and all I had was my phone.

Although, I could have

run inside to get my camera.

Davis was so happy to be able to walk.

Well, with a walking boot and crutches.

Every time I ask him how he is doing,

he says,

"I'm doing great!"

Or he gives me a thumbs up.

I can learn a thing or two from that kid.
