Eyesight.

I saw this quote
at the eye doctors
while checking Davis in:

No one ever ruined their eyesight
by looking on the
bright side of things!

I loved it and wanted to put it up
on the chalkboard in the craft room
so I did
and I drew
a skeewampous
tree.

I really want a new cover for that cute day bed
(I used what I had).
I also stole those black and white pillows
from other parts of the house
to take the picture.
I also want to put some
shelves up on the wall
and paint the other furniture white.
There's so many things I want to make and do
(and my sewing machine isn't cooperating:
I tried to make a cute pillow last night and again today,
there was a leak in one of our rooms today
and I haven't had much time, money or energy
to do all the things I want to do.
However, I did make two cute flowers today
and I did a little laundry and work on the dishes
and we walked up and down the street together
and I made dinner tonight.
That counts for something!).

Hi Cheryl. I'm so behind on blog visits I didn't know about Davis' accident. Thanks for sharing it. I showed my son who at 12 argues continually about his helmet so thank Davis for letting you share his photos.
If you're feeling like crafting and lack the funds just do what I do, cut into old clothes and use those!
Best wishes to Davis for a continued speedy recovery. You're a strong mama!
